Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and drive sales.
  2. Collaborate with cirrusgo teams to create compelling content for various channels including website, social media platforms, email newsletters, and print materials.
  3. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  4. Analyze customer insights, market data, and sales metrics to optimize marketing strategies.
  5. Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation activities.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  7. Assist in organizing promotional events such as trade shows, conferences, or product launches.
  8. Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM campaigns, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  9. Collaborate with external agencies or vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials within budget constraints.
  10. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on driving sales growth.
  3. Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques including SEO/SEM strategies, social media management tools, email automation platforms etc.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create compelling content tailored for different channels and target audiences.
  5. Proficient in using analytics tools to track campaign performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  8. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  9. A creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
  10. Experience in the IT or IT cloud Industry is preferred.
