Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to lead strategic cloud sales across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain, driving growth for our AWS cloud solutions portfolio.

This is a high-impact role for a commercially strong professional who can manage complex enterprise accounts, open new markets, and build long-term client partnerships across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop strategic accounts across Jordan, KSA, and Bahrain 
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for AWS Cloud Migration, Modernization, AI & Managed Services solutions 
  • Identify, develop, and close high-value enterprise opportunities 
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders 
  • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract discussions 
  • Develop regional account strategies and revenue growth plans 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored cloud solutions 
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting 
  • Act as a regional commercial lead for cloud sales initiative

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–7+ years of experience in B2B technology, cloud, or IT solution sales
  • Strong understanding of AWS cloud services solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments
  • Proven success in regional (GCC) sales environments with experience managing multi-country accounts (Jordan + KSA + Bahrain preferred)
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently across multiple markets
  • AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect – Associate or Cloud Practitioner) – strong advantage
  • Experience in cloud consulting, managed services, DevOps, or AI solutions sales – strong advantage
  • Existing network and relationships in KSA and Bahrain enterprise markets – strong advantage
  • Experience working with regional or multinational enterprise clients – strong advantage
